Nice location, friendly staff and great range of food and drink. Prices are reasonable for the quality (get a dessert). There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. There was a little exhibition on the go when I visited which was pretty cool. Got a strong sense of community during my time there and would love to go back!
Our go to coffee shop for the best Oat Milk Latte in Liverpool, actually make that the best Oak Milk Latte we’ve tried to date (and that’s a lot of them)! The home made cakes are to die for too, all served up in a great atmosphere by attentive staff.
Our favourite independent coffee shop in Liverpool
Good coffee (Allpress beans) with a chilled atmosphere. Oh, and they also do bike repairs 🚴
World Peace Café Liverpool
25 Aigburth Dr, Liverpool L17 4JH,
What We Offer:
“egetarian café overlooking beautiful Sefton Park. We are open Monday to Friday 11:00 to 15:00 Come along and enjoy a selection of cakes, bagels, coffees, teas and more. The cafe is run by kind volunteers and all profits are donated to the International Temples Project. When we take a close look at our life, we discover that essentially most of our time and energy is devoted to mundane activities, such as seeking material and emotional security, enjoying sensory pleasures, establishing a good reputation and so forth. Although these things might make us happy for a short time, we need to ask if they are providing the deep lasting contentment that we long for. Is this as good as it gets? Sooner or later, we find that these moments of temporary happiness turn right back into dissatisfaction and once more we find ourselves engaged in the pursuit of more worldly pleasures.

Peaceful, bright and airy. A very welcoming space to come for a drink and bite to eat. I’ve been twice with my toddler.
There’s a couple of vegan options, it’s not a place I would come to eat regularly but it is good for a visit every now and then. If they serve more vegan and gluten free cakes I would be there every week!!I like the vibe here. The guy serving makes me feel welcome. I actually feel like he looks into the depths of my soul through my eyes, don’t often get that in many places around here. Very unique.
Clean toilet facilities too.
Thanks for the hospitality.
Lovely little cafe facing Sefton Park, really friendly & warm environment. Love coming here to get some work done with a coffee & sandwich. Its well priced and there’s good music too. 🙂
Tranquil getaway place for a peaceful cup of tea and a sandwich. Good food and great friendly service. A small all veggy menu with a selection of beverages and cakes, and they offer some Quorn products as meat substitutes. If you are after a place to lunch and recover your inner Zen it’s definitely worth a visit
