I worked with a counsellor here on and off for three years. We got on well and my experience was very positive. My counsellor was sensitive, comforting, knowledgeable, and brought a wealth of experience to her practice. Maia is an excellent therapist, the diagnosis was thoughtful and considered, clear explanation of what was happening, listing the exercises required, and personalised follow up and encouragement. I think you’d struggle to find a better service than City Rehab. Can’t thank Zen enough. A tailored programme of exercises, acupuncture and hands on techniques. Zen has been professional, motivating and has educated me to ensure long term benefits. 8 weeks ago I couldn’t walk more than 4 miles without getting sciatica. Now I’ve walked 26miles pain free!
