I’ve worked closely with the Liverpool branch of Brook Street since the start of February. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the interview process with the company I was put forward to was extremely lengthy. Despite this, I was always updated, notified of any changes, and supported through the whole process.

Joining REED and gaining employment has been a pleasurable experience throughout. The staff member who assisted me throughout was Kathryn (Katie) Willis who from the outset and could not have been being more helpful. I was impressed with her management of my application through to my first posting. Throughout my posting, I was reassured that Katie, through either email or a telephone call was there to provide advice and assistance whenever a query arose.

I used Reed to obtain employment with a local police force. I dealt with one or two people, to begin with, but was then looked after by Kathryn Willis. All my dealings were over the phone or via the internet. I had no issues at all and found that Kathryn always responded promptly to my questions and queries and was pleasant and friendly in her responses. The on-line timesheets and other related documents were easily accessible and straight forward to complete. I have now been offered a full-time job as a result of my Agency work but would not hesitate to use Reed again.

My experience from Reed was first class from the time I registered. I had a lovely helpfully lady guide me thoroughly through everything Kathryn Willis. Kathryn went above and beyond to help me find a job and I cannot thank her enough. Would definitely recommend Reed.
