I contacted Ian regarding a wasp nest in our roof space. The very next day we had Mark come and visit. Mark is an asset to the company providing a brilliant service; from calling ahead with an ETA, to a timely arrival with a very professional & friendly manner. Mark very clearly knows his stuff and went straight to the nest, treated it from inside and out whilst explaining to us what he was doing and what to expect next. Mark reassured us and advised us what to do if we had any questions or queries. We are extremely thankful for such a great service! Hopefully we will not require any pest control in the near future but if we do we will most certainly contact independent pest control again. Thanks.

Used this company to remove insulation from the loft that had been subject to rodents. Ian was very knowledgeable and gave good advice. My tenant was happy with the service. would highly recommend

2nd time I have used Independent first time Craig dealt with a squirrel problem in a very professional manner, so when had a wasps nest outside bedroom window had no hesitation to call Independent. This time Richie called used all the PPE and used ladder to get up close to nest, as Richie said in couple of hours the wasps would be gone and that’s exactly what happened.These people know their stuff and the costs are very reasonable.

After a number of failed attempts by local and big name pest control firms to get rid of a large wasps nest Premier succeeded first time and even visited again to ensure wasps had gone. Polite and well mannered staff as well easy to deal with office staff. Arrived on time like quoted nothing too much trouble. Had wasps this year, second time I have used Premier Pest Control (had ants last year) and I am very happy with service, friendly manner and aftercare provided by the company is reassuring. I won’t go to anyone else now, prices are also really good too and the lads are professional and happy to help. Came out and give an estimate for free before the job. Cannot recommend them enough.

I have used this business for mice and wasps at different times at various properties. Staff are well presented, professional and helpful and get the job done. Price was very reasonable too. Would highly recommend and will never use anyone else now!
