The Liverpool Gateway is just off the M62 and ideally suited for visitors to the city for business and leisure with superbly equipped single, twin and double rooms. It is ideal for visitors to Liverpool, there is free secure parking with 24 hour surveillance, plenty of public transport and we are 15 minutes by taxi from Anfield, Goodison Park and the City. We have a locked and secure car park with 24 hour surveillance so you can sleep easy knowing that your vehicle is safe. Just come over and enjoy our bed & breakfast.

Obviously only reviewing in context it’s 2 star. Fairly clean and polite staff. Good that parking is free. Didn’t like that; only given 1 towel and mug between 2 people, staff just left a disused toilet paper on the communal toilet for a whole day without picking it up, various small minor things broken or don’t work. Otherwise ok for a night

Stayed here during my stay in liverpool..our room was lovely as well as spacious, beds very comfortable and i found that the staff was very helpfull.. n a big thank you to tony believe he his the manager there took us on a little tour around to see some places of intrest of his own back great bloke .. parking his great at no cost realy secure place to park .ideal location would go back there again definitely once again ide like to say thank you to all the stafff for making my stay a very enjoyable one.

B&B without the second B. No ensuite although our room had a shower unit and hand basin. Staff very helpful and polite. Would definitely stay again. Safety: Free parking behind locked gates. CCTV cameras all around the outside of the building.

Very helpful and friendly hosts. From early check-in to walking into in the area. Will definitely stay again.
Lovely clean and comfortable room. Large ensuite shower and toilet room . Large garden with lovely Weeping Willow trees . They look like giant waterfalls. Very peaceful .
Owner is very welcoming, the rooms are spot on, there are a few pubs within walking distance for food and drink. A very pleasant stay.

Stayed at Square Tree House B&B with some friends and had a lovely trip! John and Fan take great pride in this property and it shows! They were so welcoming and kind. The rooms were clean and bright. We loved the added touch of gowns, slippers, and face cleansers! We were in walking distance of local restaurants which was perfect! Thank you for a lovely stay!

So! I am beyond words on this B & B! The location, the communication, the fantastic English breakfast. After already staying at a few places, I just want to pack this place and set it up in each place we need to go! I never want to leave it. John, our host, was quite the information person! We have a map he created for things around here, plus he provided us with an actual map! Don’t even question, just book this place!
There are stairs, so if you are looking for accessible, not the place. But we are master of stairs coming from Haifa Israel!

I had a lovely stay here in late January/early February 2020. My room was spacious, warm and very comfortable with a view of the garden. The hosts are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about Liverpool and the arts scene. I loved the tasteful decor, quirky touches and mid century furniture. The bed was cosy and comfortable, shower room immaculate and very convenient, and there was PROPER COFFEE. The room had everything I needed and I was sorry I couldn’t spend more time in it. Breakfast was varied and tasty and I liked the communal breakfast table very much. Highly recommended.
