Great facilities but, the amazing staff make it. Always polite, professional and friendly. Ladies and gents on reception Gale etc are a credit to the place as are the personal trainers. Have to give a well deserved shout out to Phil, Dave and Sam who are so dedicated, friendly and knowledgeable. Met some really nice people in their also. I only hope those within the heirarchy appreciate all the good work carried out by all the staff, cleaners included who make it a great place to be. Thanks 👍😊. The only negative are, those lazy selfish individuals who, leave their equipment out. Obviously with the expectation that, someone will put it back for them. Makes me so angry. If you can’t put the equipment away don’t get it out. It’s not down to the staff nor other users. Have some consideration.
