After 6 years of pop-up events driving around the North West, Fritto has a permanent roof above their heads finally! Fritto has been allocated a unit as part of a local regeneration scheme called £1 house/shops on Smithdown Road, Liverpool. Following the great success of our previous pizza & bread making classes at Homebaked, we aim to start a new session of baking workshops soon at Fritto’s where you will learn the basis of how to make delicious bread or pizza from scratch at home to enjoy with your family or friends.

Great restaurant, the chorizo e zoro was delicious. Very reasonable priced and a wide option of pasta and toppings. Can’t wait to come back to Liverpool to try a different pairing.

Di Scala Pizzeria is as authentic as it gets when it comes to real Neapolitan food. Anna Di Scala, or Mama Anna as her family call her, is a certified pizzaiola chef trained in Naples Italy. Anna is also an artist, the marriage of these skills creates passion and love that goes into every dish. Truly incredible pizza, really authentic Italian style, possibly the best I’ve ever had – please don’t confuse this for the dominoes or pizza hut style mass produced, it was lovely watching the chef prepare my pizza and the taste was incredible.
