What We Offer:
Huyton and Prescot Golf Club was founded in 1905 and is home to a gem of a parkland golf course that is only ten miles outside of Liverpool, in the County of Merseyside and is well within easy reach from the motorway networks. Although our course is sometimes deemed not the longest it is widely regarded as one of the best tests of golf in the North West area, with our tree lined fairways and undulating greens it will certainly put your course management and golfing abilities under pressure but provide the perfect setting for a great days golfing. The course here at Huyton and Prescot was built on the land of an old family estate and has a mature beauty that will relax and impress the golfing eye.

Absolutely a stunning setting. Course could do with a little TLC but couldn’t all. But the lay-out, the variation of holes and the use of the contours were to be admired. The clubhouse staff were very friendly and the food very good as well.

Great club, great membership, very friendly and most importantly the course is incredible, well kept and a great test of golf.

Great track and a great test of golf, not the longest of courses but very tough.

We have a 30 bay floodlit driving range with 2 spacious teaching bays, where our resident professional, Scot Duffy, can help you to improve your game. All of our bays are carpeted and customers are welcome to wear their spikes. Our mission is to act for the long-term benefit of golf in everything that we do. Aintree Golf centre is a very leisurely place to go to if you’re looking for something to do for a day. If you don’t like regular golf or is not good at it, try footgolf! The footgolf there is very fun, and adds an entertaining variation from regular golf.
Don’t want to tell everyone how great it is, trying to keep it to myself. Brilliant place course in very good condition considering time of year. Very friendly staff and great banter with all on the course..Just as good as last time great attention to all parts.
I’m a semi regular visitor over the years but I played recently and felt the need to post my review, the course is an absolute credit to the two young lads who look after it, greens play really well and my three pals who I play with are in full agreement, keep it up.

Founded on Green Circle’s “total golf” vision, the £20 million investment. The masterplan vision has been designed by leading golf architects, International Design Group (IDG) who have designed award-winning courses and golf destinations across Europe, North America and Asia. The ambitious masterplan has been developed over two years and has been submitted for planning approval to Knowsley Council. In addition to creating a vastly improved and expanded golf offer, the Green Circle masterplan offers new additional sporting facilities including 6 Soccer-Five pitches, 5 all-weather tennis courts and a flat green bowling green.

Kirkby Valley was in the finest condition, today, from when I first began playing the course in 1970’s. Outstanding quality of greens, excellent fairways and tees! Also a quality understanding that not everyone who plays the course considers themself a Ryder Cup contender.

1st time on the course for me. Early tee off before comp. Great facility and good to see further improvements being made to what is already a nice course. Buggys fully charged. Staff friendly & welcoming. Full English and pint after 18. Highly recommend.
I didn’t play but hubby did. Really nice Sunday morning.
