I have been attending therapy sessions with Sam for around 6 months now, and what a life-changing difference it has made so far!! I’d tried various styles of counselling which did initially work but I realised that long-term, I needed something completely different. And fortunately for me I found Sam when I needed therapy the most!!

I cannot recommend Mind Works highly enough. Like many other people, 2020 was a particularly challenging year for me. Having arranged sessions with Sam, I found myself thinking more rationally about challenges in my life. Through a combination of both hypnotherapy and counselling, Sam was able to help me work through my problems. I am now in a great place, with the tools to tackle any future worries or issues.
