We reached out for a quote on 2nd June and, because we ordered some Venetians, the blinds were fitted on 1st July in every room. It took Lee less than 4 hours to do the whole job and it looks amazing. Lee was also going to take away the old blinds. Fantastic price, really good advice from Lee, who was open with us when we chose more expensive options where there was a cheaper alternative available, no pushy sales approach. When we called the office for an update at the end of the timescale we were advised we would probably hear within 4 weeks, the staff knew our order and situation immediately after we told them we’d paid a deposit at the start of the month.
