Me and hubby bought an ebike each and from the minute we walked in we were treated so well. Jon was super informative and helped us choose the right bikes at a price we could afford. We then had a full demonstration on how to use the bikes which took about an hour but it was so needed (it’s amazing what you learn during the demo) and they were delivered the very next day. Cannot fault this business and would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying a bike. Loads of stock and loads of sound advice. First time I have used this store and I purchased a bike. Excellent customer service, I was given loads of information around the bike and as a bonus the bike arrived a week earlier. I would recommend this shop ? Excellent service from this store, had a problem with my son’s e bike and Chris was only to happy to help with the issue……I had contacted other gaint approved stores closer to me and they did not seem to have the knowledge these guys have as it was a complicated repair. Thanks for your help Chris and the other guys in store with this one……. I can only but recommend.

There were none in stock, but instead they fitted it for me in a matter of minutes! I’ve been using Picton Cycles for a while now, they’re always happy to help no matter how big or small the job is. Boss service as always! Would highly recommend. Great service from guys at Picton to finish off my new fork and headset install. Can’t recommend highly enough. Great service, fair price and quick turn around. Sorted my MTB gears and replaced snapped spokes and straightened my road bike wheel. They called me up to say my bikes were ready and had my gears changing smoothly but they highest gears were still slipping. Once I’d shown their mechanic the slipping, he diagnosed it on the spot and had it sorted that afternoon.Definitelyrecommended.Update: I took my MTB to LLandegla just a few days after it was repaired. The bike performed brilliantly. I couldn’t be happier, its like having a new bike again.
